1. Mimosa
A classic mimosa is a perfect drink for a bridal party brunch– of course, with a few subtle touches.
Key Ingredients:
peach liqueur: ¾ ounce
vanilla liqueur: ¼ ounce
prosecco: 2 ounces
Orange juice
Instructions:

2. Blue-Berry Fizz

Ingredients:
lemon vodka: 2 ounces

orange liqueur: ¾ ounce
Ice cubes
Club soda
Instructions:
Muddle blueberries & plain honey syrup in a cocktail shaker.
Mix lemon vodka, and orange liqueur along with some ice.

Ingredients:
gin: 2 ounces
rosemary plain syrup: ¾ ounce
fresh lemon juice: ½ ounce
ice cubes
prosecco
rosemary sprig to garnish
Instructions:
Chill a coupe or a martini glass.
Mix some ice, plain rosemary syrup, gin, and fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
Shake well.

4. A bubbly party punch

Ingredients:
fresh orange juice: 12 ounces
vodka: 16 ounces
cranberry juice: 16 ounces
Ice
prosecco:12 ounces
lemon juice: 4 ounces
simple syrup: 2 ounces
Instructions:
In a pitcher bowl, add vodka, orange juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, and cranberry juice.
Stir well then pour into your NeckSip.
Top it up with prosecco.
Add whole cranberries, lemon wheels, and orange wheels to garnish the drink.
5. Strawberry Moscato Slush
Ingredients:
half a cup of lemonade
Strawberry: 2 cups
Red Moscato: 750ml, 1 cup to be set aside in a refrigerator
granulated sugar: 1/4 cup
ice cube: 1.5 cubes
Instructions:
Puree strawberries with the rest of the ingredients in a food processor.
Pour into ice trays & freeze till it turns solid.
Puree the ice cubes with the rest of the wine in the mixer until slush consistency, then pour into your NeckSip.
6. Nojito
Ingredients:
1 tbsp sugar (or agave)
10 fresh mint sprigs
1 lime
sparkling water (such as La Croix Lime): 12 oz
lime & lemon slices (if required)
Instructions:
Muddle the mint with one lime juice, sugar, and some crushed ice in a shake.
Pour into your NeckSip. Mix sparkling water.
Add lime and lemon slices to garnish the drink.
7. Royal Balmoral Punch
Ingredients:
single malt 12-year-old Glenfiddich Scotch Whiskey: 3 cups
tea syrup: 1 cup (combine a cup of English breakfast tea, brewed strong. Mix 1 cup sugar while hot till it turns into a syrup)
apple juice: 2 cups
lemonade: 2 cups for topping
Instructions:
Combine all the above with ice in a punch bowl. Place thistle around the bowl or float 1 or 2 pieces on top.
