1. Frozen Pina Colada

coconut cream: 1.5 ounces
pineapple juice: 1.5 ounces
a little coconut milk (optional)
aged rum: 1 ounce
Pineapple wedge
coconut rum: 1 ounce

2. Hemingway Daiquiri Cocktail

white rum: 2 ounces
maraschino liqueur: 1/4 ounce

light rum: 1 ounce
coconut rum: 1 ounce ( or 1/2 oz. coconut cream & 1 1/2 oz. light rum)

Blend both with the strawberries in a mixer to form an even paste. Pour into a tall hurricane glass. Clean up the blender. gold rum: 1 oz
3/4 oz lime juice
